Photo Payload policy

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Photo Payload processes, what stays on your device, and what may be handled by website infrastructure or advertising providers.

Effective October 8, 2026

Who operates Photo Payload

Photo Payload is operated personally by its owner. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to saifulislam291198@gmail.com.

Images selected for a tool

Supported metadata inspection, cleanup, compression, resizing, and conversion run in the browser on your device. Photo Payload does not upload selected image bytes to an application server.

Temporary browser memory and object URLs may be used to read or preview a selected image and its output. They are released when the image is replaced, the tool is reset, or the page is closed. Photo Payload does not create an online copy of the selected image.

Website and hosting data

When you visit the website, the hosting and network providers may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, timestamps, referrer, and security or diagnostic data. This information is separate from image bytes selected inside a tool.

This processing supports delivery, reliability, abuse prevention, and security. Retention is controlled by the relevant infrastructure provider and operational settings.

Product measurement

Photo Payload currently creates privacy-limited tool events inside the browser, such as the tool used, broad device category, supported image format, and operation outcome. No analytics provider currently receives those events.

Filenames, image bytes, metadata values, prompts, dimensions, and downloaded files are excluded from the event model. If an analytics provider is enabled later, this policy will identify it before that collection begins.

Advertising and Google

Photo Payload plans to use Google AdSense to fund free access, but AdSense is not currently active. When enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, local storage, IP addresses, device information, and activity on this or other sites to deliver, measure, and protect ads, subject to consent and applicable law.

Third-party vendors, including Google, may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. You can manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Advertising systems must not receive image bytes selected for a tool.

Consent and regional privacy choices

Before advertising is activated, Photo Payload will use Google Privacy & messaging, a Google-certified consent management platform, for required European consent and supported US-state opt-out messages. Declining optional consent will not block the image tools.

Once advertising is active, persistent privacy and cookie settings will be available from the site footer and the Cookie Policy.

Email and privacy requests

If you email Photo Payload, the message, address, and information you include are processed to respond and maintain necessary correspondence. Do not attach sensitive images or metadata unless disclosure is necessary and intentional.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or information about relevant personal data. Requests can be sent through the Contact page. Identity may need to be verified before fulfilling a request.

Children and policy changes

Photo Payload is a general-purpose image utility and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly request personal information from children.

This policy may change when providers or product behavior change. The effective date at the top will be updated when material changes are published.
