Photo Payload policy

Terms of Use

These terms govern access to Photo Payload and its browser-based image tools.

Effective October 8, 2026

Agreement and operator

By using Photo Payload, you agree to these Terms of Use. Photo Payload is personally operated and can be contacted at saifulislam291198@gmail.com. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

The service

Photo Payload provides free tools for inspecting metadata, cleaning supported metadata containers, compressing, resizing, and converting image files. Processing is designed to occur locally in the browser. Features, formats, limits, and availability may change.

The service does not provide forensic, authenticity, legal, compliance, archival, medical, or professional advice. Metadata and provenance results must be interpreted in context.

Your files and responsibilities

You retain your rights in files you process. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions and for complying with privacy, copyright, confidentiality, and other applicable obligations.

Do not use Photo Payload to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, bypass safeguards, or misrepresent an image or its provenance.

Outputs and metadata

Review outputs before relying on or distributing them. Browser decoding, encoding, color management, metadata support, animation handling, and Content Credentials support vary by file and browser.

Removing metadata can affect color appearance or provenance. Converting, compressing, or resizing can change pixels and may remove metadata. Absence of AI metadata does not establish human authorship.

Intellectual property

The Photo Payload website, branding, interface, text, and original software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce the service except as necessary for ordinary use.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every file, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Keep your own backups. Photo Payload is not responsible for replacing an original file, preserving metadata, or recovering an output.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of revenue, or reliance on an output or metadata result. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes and applicable law

These terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after revised terms are published means the revised terms apply from their stated effective date.

These terms apply subject to applicable law and do not limit any mandatory consumer or privacy rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
